When you make an enquiry

The enquiry tool on this website prepares an email draft in your own email app. It does not submit your details to a website database. Your enquiry reaches the business only when you send the email. The copy option copies your enquiry to your device's clipboard.
Why information is used

Services used to deliver the website and email
Cloudflare provides website hosting, DNS, security and email forwarding. Business emails are forwarded to a Gmail inbox. Those providers process information needed to deliver their services, which can include technical connection information and email content. Their services can involve processing outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements.
We have not added advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media embeds to this website. Hosting security features may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs. Links to Facebook, MyBuilder and Yell take you to separate websites with their own privacy notices. Project photographs are hosted on this website; viewing them does not embed those external services.
Keeping and sharing information
Enquiry details are kept only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, any resulting work and applicable record-keeping obligations. Some photographs are displayed upright and cropped to fit the page; the full photograph can be opened in the gallery. No generated garden imagery is used on the live website.
